The compression readings are low. Did you hold the throttle wide open when
you checked it?

Jets were good. I have #122 for main jet, where slide needle goes into, #80 jet for the atomizer and #45 for the pilot jet (the one next to the main jet). Both slide needles set to middle position and both slides have big end oriented toward engine. Both slides have enough cable slack to allow slide to go to bottom of carbs. I plan to replace the coil and condenser just because I have nothing left to do.
