Hi Tom,
Keep in mind the pics are from two years ago now and I'm sure it hasn't gotten any better looking! :-) A year ago he wanted $500 which I thought was a bit high considering how few truly usable parts are likely left. Unless of course you want to build a rat-bike, eBay the parts or such, but as a restoration candidate it needs too much work for me.
This is based on what I see in the pics (I didn't take them), maybe I should actually go see the poor thing in the "flesh". Then decide what it's really worth. Also, who knows what else could be lurking around nearby! Cheers,
