I grew up in central TX and I got's to agree with Kelly. No one I knew
wanted to move there. Like mosquitos? They got plenty. Imported ones,
too from exotic countries where the evolutionary pressure is high. Like
humidity? They have the best...er...most. Also Houston doesn't have
any zoning rules, so you can build a waste treatment facility right next
to a suburb. Some of the richest and poorest sections of town share a
street. It's an unusual layout.
Sorry to insult any Houstonians, but I'd much, much rather live in the
Hill country.

On the other hand, Galveston and Corpus ain't too bad, and you can drive
on the beach. You still can drive on the beach, right?

Cheers,
Jason
