Subject: Help...dialing in fuel mixture

Fresh Ambo restoration now mobile.

Running lean (as per spark plugs)

What's the first step?....tighten the lower mixture screws or move the
needles from the middle clip position to the bottom clip position to
raise 'em higher?

Needles and Jets are original numbers.
