I think someone on the list advertised a tool to push the old rivets out so you could use them again. I just drilled them out and used some aluminum ones in the past.

Anybody have recommendations on what to use to reattach my vin plate to the frame neck? Should I just drill out the holes and use regular stainless or aluminum pop-rivets, or what?
