Hi,
Last night I was tearing into the VHB29 square slide carbs off my Eldo.
I've done this before on my old G5 but it's been a while.
Problem is with the round plastic sleeve that is stuck inside the carb
body where it attaches to the intake manifold. With a camera lens
spanner tool I have, I can get it to spin a bit but it won't come out. I
tried reattaching carbs to the manifold and while wiggling and pulling
and twisting I had hoped to pull them out but no luck.
Any suggestions? Are these still available new? (I'd love to just cut
them out at this point!)
