Firstly, why do you want to remove it? I believe it is a press fit, but you
have to remove the nut on the bottom to get it out.

I'm trying to remove the stem from the lower triple tree and before I apply the "heat wrench" or the "big hammer" does this thing press out or screw out? I really do look in the parts and shop manuals before asking but there is precious little info at this level of disassembly. Thanks Ray |
