It's raining like crazy here in the soggy apple but I put my time to
good use by fitting my altered sidecovers and making foamy filters for
my 36mm carbs.
The carbs have "short" Malossi stacks from MG Cycle so I made filters
out of AC filter foam from home depot. I roughed out a cone, clamped it
to the stack and used a hot glue gun to do the seams. The top has a
circle of foam glued inside the cone and it is just big enough at the
base to allow removal for cleaning.
What my sidecovers need is a nice set of stickers from John Prusnek,
but I can't seem to contact him. John, please email your ground addy
and what I would owe you for white battery cover stickers, off list of
course.
