Shawn,

Suppose to be a new Ujoint in the bike. When I tear him (Old Moe is his
name) apart I will have a look there.

Thanks....Ian

Ian,
Have you thought about the universal joint. Similarly, when I
bought my eldo
the clutch would not grab when in low gears only when it got warmed up.
Replacing the Ujoint did the job.

Hi All,

Anyone ever had to deal with a grabby clutch? My new Eldo seems to do
this...more so when warm than cold. First gear is the
toughest...not so much
of a problem when moving and going thorugh the rest of the gears.

My thoughts are that it is either an intermediate plate that warps as it
gets warm or the springs or push rod is binding a bit when the clutch is
eased out. Not the cables...they appear to be smooth.

Any info is appreciated....Ian
