Anyone out there have an old luggage rack for a semi-ratty Ambo they would part with? I'm in need of one that doesn't have to be shiny chrome (can be rusty), just solid and easily bolts on without any modifications, so I can carry a bag or strap on items to carry with me to school or work. Don't want a real large monstrosity either. Please let me know if you might have anything that would work. |
Try a milk crate. You can spray it with a rattle can to match your
bike as a period accessory. If you have the bench seat you can clamp a
couple of pieces of conduit or broomsticks to your frame under the seat
with hose clamps, make sure they stick out the back enough to hose clamp
your milk crate on and you're good to go. Total investment should be
$0.00 if you're good at scrounging. Just don't get one of those milk
crates that say that god will strike you dead if you take it.
