thanks. I know about the staggered rings, but I feel I might be missing
something top secret because I can't read the directions. Some other
folks have suggested it is probably something very obvious. If I find
out, I'll certainly pass it on. Another listmember has offered to try to
crack it for me.

could this be another reminder not to ride after dark, like Mr.
Lucas suggested for the Brit bikes?
