I finally removed my carbs (I had the idle/acceleration/gas in oil problems). The floats seemed fine I submersed them in water and did not find any leaks - slightly bent them up - and I replaced the needle valves. With the bowl off I pushed up each float and it stopped all gas flow. I then assembled everything and the bike seems to start and idle fine. However, I have a big problem gas is flowing out of the tiny round hole above the fuel inlet adapter and below the throttle slide stop screw on the right carb when the fuel is on and the bike is not running. What is this hole and why is gas coming out of it? I posted a picture on the following web site. Thanks for your help.

Also, I am not sure if I am getting more gas in the oil or not when I do this - if there is it could only be a small amount - Is there a good way to tell or should I just be safe and change it again?
