On my old G5, when I pulled the old bushings off, it appeared easy
enough to make from pvc. So, I did and I put many 10's of thousands of
miles more of that bike. I'm sure it's do-able with better stock, as
well, with a cut-off tool, grinder and some washers as shims. Paint it
black.

Hi Scott,
According to the parts manual, there's a bushing for the shift lever
(part no. 9111 1520) but not for the brake lever. MG Cycle has two
different bushings in their online catalog - part nos. 1725 2050
(doesn't specify model) and 1825 2050 (Cal II, etc.), $1.00 ea. and
$1.30 ea. respectively. Don't know if either will work.

Probably easily made as well or you might find something that will work
at a good hardware store. Do you have "Guzziology"? Might be something
in there on the subject - if you don't I can have a look see. Cheers,

Charlie
