On my '74 Eldo, the cable runs over the dash and down the right side. A
wire tie (loose) to the frame keeps it off the header. I've kept all
kinks and bends out of the cable, and it is still a "bitch" to pull the
clutch. If the cable should run in front of the engine, someone let us
know!
