I have the same setup as Greg but with Marzocchis at the rear. I am
close to him in size and weight also at 6'4" and 230 lbs. There is no
damping adjustment on the Marzocchis and I have them in the softest
position. My passenger weighs less than 110 so I don't bother adjusting
them for short trips.
Suprisingly the front end has been well behaved as well even with the
120 Dunlop whitewall. Ken Pitts assures me that a 110 tire on the front
end will sharpen the steering but I dunno. His tires look skinny to me
and I am accustomed to slow-steering Guzzis.
