My original exhaust nut removal tool was a chain ViceGrip. Instead of
clamping jaws, this tool uses a chain to grip - great for getting a hold
on any round object. You just have to be careful when placing the chain
on the nut and not to scrape the head since the chain is wider than than
the nut.

Now I use Harbor Freights' spanner that comes in a set of 3.

Problem is, the only tool left is the ole Pipe Wrench. There must be a
better (common) tool to acquire. I called MG Cycle and Harpers, they do not
stock, or know of a place that does, the original style tool.
