Ive got my eldo stripped to the bone, just need to remove the mill and then send frame out for p/c. just what do you need in terms of vin removal tool??

My questions are, a. What is the largest size numbered drill bit that fits into a rivit hole? b. What is the smallest diameter inside the steering head? Maybe someone could take a variety of 1/2" sockets, find the largest one that slides in and then measure the socket OD.
