Hey Kevin, You may or may not be aware that every state has its own
insurance commissioner to which insurance companies must answer. I obviously do not
know what angle your lawyer is taking, but I believe that I would call the ins.
comm. office, tell them your problem and then make sure that your agent and
her boss and her bosses' boss is fully aware of your contact with the commiss.
