Gee...I'm really learning a lot on this list...I had a BMW R100RT,
ridden a
few R80's, a 1200 Cruiser, and a R1150RT (a for fun test rides); and my
riding partner has a K1200LT. But I've never seen a BMW 1600...that's
got
to be an awesome bike 8^)

Get the February issue of Rider mag. It features a BMW/VW in the
Retrospective column.
