.Got that right . I never paid over $1000 for a loop ,, and I never
will ! All you need to do is look around ,they are out there.

Hi all,

I found and bought a chrome fendered Eldo a couple years back. It is
going to be restored right after I finish the one I am doing now, so,
maybe in four or five years<G>

The neat thing is, it has the single sided brake(2LS) just like my other

'early' Eldos. First one like it I ever saw. It has all the police
goodies, big saddlebags, key under the seat, etc, but I never looked to
see if it had the siren mount. Prolly not.

The '74 disk brake Eldo that I bought from the AZ Hiway Patrol DID NOT
have the siren mount. So I wouldn't use that as the only basis to
distinguish one as a cop bike....The Eldo I am doing now is supposed to
have been a Phx police bike, and it has no siren mount, either. I does
have some special guages mounted to a special plate on the fairing, and
a clip on the fairing for a microphone. It also has the fuse panel
wiring relocated to one of the toolboxes, but it has civilian guages and

those lllooonnnggg surfboard type floorboards with a long kickstand.

There is no limit to the different ways these bikes came outfitted!!

All that for under 1k.!
