I made the mistake of getting home early yesterday and fireing up the
Ambo for the first time this spring. I ran ok when I put it away. Over
the winter I put in a new Bosch Blue coil, a voltage regulator(old one
was rusted away) and a set of cone type air filters.
It started right up then fouled pluggs. Changed plugs and she fired
right up again. once it warmed up. It ran crappy with the choke on and
almost wouldnt run at all with the choke off. It will only stay running
with the choke on ! Carb adjustments wont cure the problem.
Is changing air cleaners that sensitive to Jetting ?
