Ian,
I'll certainly be there. The ride to the Virginia Rally from my area is
worth it alone. Took the LeMans last year. Will be taking my Eldo this
year. See you there.
Best Regards,
Dennis Jones

Hey All,

Finally got the 70 Ambo back together. The final damage was a bent intake
valve and push rod (left cylinder). I am still trying to figure out how this
all happened but I think the valve stuck in the guide and the rod was bent
after that. At any rate.....the bike is running ok and I have some neat
desktop paper weights to add to my collection :-)

Now...on to rallies. As is the case with many....time constraints will not
allow me to take off the time needed to attend the National in SD. This
sucks as I was hoping to meet up with many of my fellow Loopers that live in
that part of the world. Hopefully in the future I will be able to plan for
something that will bring me out that way....I like the idea of hitting the
AZ rally at some point in the future.

Till then I will call the Virginia Rally (June 25,26,27) my "East Coast Loop
National". Plan is to either swap shifts with one of my co-workers (or call
in sick!) and leave from home on Friday morn. I will be travelling with Ed
and if anyone is heading north from (or through) Atlanta they are welcome to
join up with us.

Who's coming? I think this rally could have a big Loop turnout and no one
will be disappointed with the rally site or the area. One of the best I have
ever been too.

Ciao...Ian
