Subject: Oregon Headlamp

I seem to recall that Oregon is a headlamp mandatory state, even if your
bike has a switch to off setting. Can anyone clarify? Hoping to take
my vintage Guzzi to the Oregon rally. What will the local constabulary
do to me if I drive around in the day with no headlamp? A have a pesky
electrical issue which is yet to be solved.
