Hi,
Looking at the parts manual for my 73 Eldo, it raises some questions for
what I have waiting in the box for rear wheel reassembly.
Tavola 16 shows:
2 washers (one on either end of the axle) with same part #. One of
the washers I pulled off the wheel when disassembling is different. It
is 4mm thick and has one flat side and one rounded side. I don't recall
the order of disassembly but I was thinking it was a spacer for the left
side, like on my old G5, that was critical in terms of proper placement
or bad things happen, man. The parts diagram doesn't indicate this. Both
washers shown are same part #. Any ideas?
and
#18 (still on Tavola 16) part#1263 4100 is totally missing from my
wheel. Don't even recall removing such a thing. There are the two
smaller spacers that the bearings ride on but nothing like #18. Anyone
have an extra for sale? Did all the Eldo wheels have one?
