I'd like to play around with the advance curve on my bike. I've found a
guy who has an old automotive distributor machine & is willing to help
out. Anybody have a spare distributor they could part with? I'd also
like to get a dist. bracket from an Eldo (the tubular aluminum casting
that bolts to the block and to which the distributor slides into). Since
I'm using a converted T-Bike engine, I had to use the larger drive gear
from the dual point dist. I'm presently using an Ambo bracket that has a
smaller hole, which prevents pulling the dist easily-the drive gear
doesn't pass through the hole. The Eldo bracket has a larger I.D. which
allows the dist. to be pulled from the engine by removing the single 6mm
bolt that holds it to the bracket (the one you loosen to adjust the
timing).

If anybody can help with either of these items, please let me know. I
have a pile of parts that I'm willing to trade, or if you want cash,
tomatoes, whatever, maybe we can strike a deal! Give me a call
(314)232-3617 or email me at jumpjg (at) hotmail (dot) com.

Thanks for your help!!!
