Hey Y'all
I got a call from a purveyor of used, crashed, dented and repo-ed
bikes this morning. I've known him for a long time and have bought quite
a few fixer-uppers from him. I've found him to be generally honest, if a
bit optimistic in his evaluations of bikes.
In any case, he has a titled 1970 Ambo for sale for $1500. He says that
it runs well and is cosmetically good but all of the cables look ratty.
It has a solo seat.
If anyone has an interest, I'll go over and scope it out. It's about 40
miles from my home, in NC.
