Only way I've ever gotten old stuck spokes out is to use bolt cutters, cut all the old spokes and put new ones in when your done polishing/painting the hub and rim......

Anyone have a good non destructive way of removing spokes from a hub? Plan on starting a complete cleanup on a spare wheel and the spokes are stuck.
