Charlie,

Will get to changing all of that when I get back home. I love the idea of the scrambler.....heavy though.

So I am up to 5 Loops now. I just wish I had the money to restore them all. My latest will be a good runner I think....after I change all the seals and clean all the rust off.

I think my fix on the White Eldo will work....crossing my fingers....Felt good on the short test run. I'll get to putting more miles on once this storm blows through. If everything works well on her I will ride her to the MD rally. She may become my newest touring bike.....I installed Wixoms on her today. I love the riding position of this bike.

All is going ok. Looking forward to seeing you and Andy at the end of the month. Let's hope the weather is good.

Cheers...Ian

Hi Ian,

I have two updates for you:
- my '72 Ambo is still frame number 26330, but now is engine number
VG130077 (from a '76 Convert)
- add a '70 Ambo, engine and frame number 17696 (bought from Dave O.)

Also you can change my buddy Dan Friend's (Eldo #60210) location to
Shepherdstown, WV and add details 4-leading-shoe front brake and Amal
carbs if you'd like. He bought most of a '70 Ambo (missing the frame,
front forks, wheel and fender) recently but hasn't given me the numbers
yet. I'll be donating a good '70 frame to him soon, so I'll get the
numbers then. He's been talking about making it into a sort of giant
"scrambler" so he can explore dirt roads and fire trails more easily.
Cheers,

Hey All,

I will be updating the Loop List over the next couple of days. If you
have
recently come aboard or have added a Loop to your collection let me
know.

For those of you who don't know....the list exists only for curiosity
sake....let's us know what bikes are still out threre, who owns them and
where they are located.

List is posted to Mike Skagg's website: www.classicguzzi.com

Send info to me....I will update and get the new list to Mike.

Ciao...Ian
