Charlie,

Thanks for asking. I saw my first Guzzi when I was at football practice
in the 6th grade, late 60's. Darn coolest thing I have ever seen, bigger
than life. It was owned by one of the coaches. In the back of my mind I
have always wanted one of the old loop frames. Did not know they were
loop frame until I got bit by the bug to get an older bike to play
around with. This past May my Triump Tiger was out of commission while
waiting on a custom seat to return so I got bored, started reading about
the loops, found one close by in Atlanta, GA and the rest is history.
Really love the bike, how it looks and rides. My wife loves it as does
my 17 yr. old son who up till now only talked about crotch rockets. If I
could just find some throttle cables for my stock amals I would be in
heaven. 1973 Eldo Police Special, 23k miles. Looking for another Guzzi,
may even sell the Tiger and start a herd of Guzzis, they may be
contageous. Thinking about a late 70's or early 80's SP1000 police style
bike.

We have 250 members on the Loopframe_Guzzi list now! If you're a new
member, how about standing up in front of the class and telling us about

yourself, your Guzzi(s), how you came to own a Guzzi, what other bikes
you've owned, etc. - anything of interest really.
