Thanks to John, Paul and Scott for their responses! Bob's BMW in Laurel,
MD. should have the cover - that's where I bought the rivets. Will try
carefully to remove it (the rivet looks excedingly ugly and needs to be
replaced in any case) and barring that will buy a new cover! Cheers,
