Subject: swingarm bearing

Hey all,
I have a swingarm pivot bearing that feels rough enough that I plan to
change it. Looking at it I'm hoping to be able to pull the race with a
slide hammer provided I can get something behind the race to attach the
slide hammer to. Anyone out there been down this road? If there is a
"right" way to do this I'd like to figure out what it is.
