Hi Greg,
Ya, I know but...I was hoping someone had the real deal for sale. I
think I may have found "one". I know I need the longer bolt in the front
for the floorboard rails and the crash bars but maybe I can squeeze a
civilian bolt into service in the back where it's only the rails to deal
with. I'll report when I know. Staying in the house hiding from the
hurricane today. Might venture out to the shop manana.
Made the mistake of riding to Fernandina Beach yesterday. Stupid weather
geeks said it would be beautiful and I fell for it. Got there and had to
turn tail and ride home again. A 250 mile day is always nice but I would
have liked to hang around the Palace Saloon (Florida's oldest bar) a bit
longer. Homemade shrimp soup, mmm. Got the bike cleaned in the rain and
wind on the way home!
