Jason, John, Also, one can purchase small stainless- steel snap-caps for
those top allen bolts. When not installed and held upside down they look
like a small silver crown, little teeth that grip the inside of the
hex-bolt. One can find in stores that specialize in fastners, Home Depot,
Lowes etc. Good luck bob

Jason:
I found some small black plastic plugs-the type they use to hold
door panels and, say, trunk carpeting in cars- at Sears, nice flat top,
looks like it should be there.

I have rust in the small holes on top of my handle bar risers directly
above the bars. What originally went in these holes? What can I put in
them now? Thanks

Jason
