Hey. I just took my wixom hasp (the part with the keyhole) into a local
locksmith and he made a key for me. It looks pretty crude. I think he took a
little luggage key and cut a piece off of it or something. If you want, I
can send you a close up picture of it.

Since you brought it up. I have a Wixom trunk that has no hasps. Does anyone
have any extra wixom locks to sell? or know of a suitable replacement? I
have found some that might work, but they don't have locks on them.

Thanks,
Ted Ward

Howdy Guzzi Gurus-

I've been trying without success to get a key cut for the saddlebags
that came with my '72 El Dorado. I've recently learned the kind of bags
I've got are Wixom bags. I've done some internet searches looking for
sources of Wixom saddlebag key blanks, and haven't come up with any
leads.

Has anyone figured out how to do this or what to tell the local
locksmiths around here what to do? Thanks in advance.
