Subject: Breather question

Hi all. On my eldorado, when I got it, there were two hoses tieing the
breather to the crankcase. The third outlet (the angled one) had no hose on
it. Should this just be a rubber tube for draining oil? (I guess NOT
dripping directly in the path of the rear tire)
Also, on the left side of the transmission (as you sit on the bike) there is
a nozzle that looks like it should have a hose hooked to it, what's that
for? (it's smaller than the breather drain tube)
