Greg,
All the "cab over" diesel trucks use "hiem"sp?? ball & socket joints w/ rods
to hook up control linkages so the cab can be flipped up to work on the
running gear. I took all the slopped out fittings from my Eldo down to a
local big truck dealer & the parts guy helped me match up what I needed to
replace them all w/nice tight ball & socket joints. I did have to cut,
thread, & bend a couple lengths of rod, but it was no big deal.
