thanks for the kind words. we sent an "expansion kit" out to all
customers who bought the eldo kit before we had all the bolts. included
in expansion were:
intake manifold, tranny back cover, and some other little parts - did
the kit you installed have the "expansion kit"?
we used hex nuts for swing arm and tranny housing. i don't think it
would be too tough for us to substitute acorn nuts.....
dang how did i miss the neutral light switch. i'll add that to future kits.
i hadn't researched stainless metric banjo bolts yet..
we used the nuts and washers for the sidestand in case someone was using
aftermarket sidestand or a re-welded mount..extra free parts!
we hope the price is right, there's quite a bit of labor in these kits,
and we're still learning....we priced other peoples kits (for example
theboltguy.com (does bmw airheads), and others) and found we could do
them polished for a lot less than they were doing the kits unpolished..

we're still trying to improve the kit, and offer it at a good price.
what we are including with the kit now is:

A: valve cover - 16 socket allen
B: generator cover - 4 hex head
C:timing cover - 3 socket allen + 3 flat washers
D: timing chest (lower) - 4 socket allen + 4 flat washers, timing chest
(upper) - 10 socket allen + 10 flat washers
E: oil pan bolts - 14 socket allen + 14 flat washers
F: front brake pinch bolts - 2 socket allen
G: front fender stay to fork lower - 4 hex head + 4 flat washers
H: front fender chrome trim to fork lower - 4 hex head + 4 flat washers
+ 4 lock washers + 4 nuts
I: front fender to chrome trim - 4 hex head + 4 flat washers
J: front fork pinch bolt - 2 hex head + 2 nuts
K: headlight bucket trim ring - 1 socket allen
L: headlight bucket - 2 - hex head + lock washers + 2 flat washers
M: instrument panel - 4 - socket allen
N: police sidestand - 4 - hex head + 4 lock washers + nuts
O: battery tray - 6 hex head + 6 flat washers
P: top crashbar mounts - 2 hex head + 2 flat washers, lower crashbar
mounts - 2 hex head + 2 flat washers
Q: tank bolts - 2 hex head + 4 flat washers + 2 nuts
R:shock mount nuts - 4 nuts + 4 flat washers
S:rear brake lever pinch bolt - 1 socket allen
