How about a link?

Scott, From what I understand there should be no hassle with converting
to
this alt set up. Everything has been done to have it a "bolt on deal".
Alt
has an internal regulator (I think) and is a one wire deal to the
battery. I
have the same questions as you...about the vibration. That shouldn't be
a
problem. Other than that looks like a good set up although I would like
to
see a little smaller unit on top. I will go with one of these when I get
the
money together for my Police project.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Anybody check out this on ebay? The bracket looks simple enough make.I
wonder if the alternator mounted to the frame gusset vibrates any less
than
the generator wobbling between the jugs.On my eldo's block the generator
dowel pin hole is elongated from vibration, doesnt keep it very stable.Am
wondering if it is worth the hassle to go to the alternator setup.Any
one
that is running this setup,I would appreciate any comments regarding
vibration etc.Thanks Scott K
