Hi, Ted. This may sound strange, but I removed the
tabs that bolt the rear of the seat to the shock
mounts on my Ambo. This cleared up more room for
mounting my saddlebags, and simplified seat removal.
The front bolts are plenty sufficient to keep the seat
in place. If you do this you may have a little more
room for mounting your luggage rack.
On my Ambo I generally prefer to keep things original,
but sometimes I succumb to the temptation to "tamper".
