Hi Ted,

Did you put new springs in? If so, perhaps the new springs are causing
the additional pressure required? (although I wouldn't think it would be
that noticeable) Be sure to check everywhere the cable goes (including
at the lever) to be sure it's not catching on anything. If you haven't
already, but sure to lube the cable and all the pivot points. Is the
clutch disengaging/engaging properly?
