Greg,
Thanks for the info. Your photo's show bracket mounted to engine. I have been seeing a conversion kit marketed on ebay lately but was concerned that the alternator was mounted to the "u" bar on the frame. Guzziology says that generators mounted this way can cause the bar to bend. I lucked out and found someone to send me a NOS pulley so for now my only headache is going to be getting the old pulley off.
