On the Bosch page for my AR Spider, they list both the 4216 and WR7DP as
plugs. But here is what is sez:

Part number Description
4216 PLATINUM PART Gap=.025
WR7DP PLATINUM PLUG Gap=.025

So you are only buying a 'PART' with a 4216 and a 'PLUG' with WR7DP !

 Pat,

Went to my local auto parts store to pick up the Bosch Platinum WR7DP,
they said when they plug in the WR7DP, it comes up with an NGK plug, not
a Bosch Platinum. You sure that's the right #? He did show me a Bosch,
it was the 4 electrode style platinum, don't know how they would work.

There have been several hits on this today. Yes, Bosch seems to have
changed the number from WR7DP to 4216. Link to this page:

You can see it clearly defined as a renumber. Now click on "more
details" and you will get directed to the BOSCH site that shows this
plug. It is a single electrode type of tip. Run it with the choke on
all day. Pour liquid gas into the carb throat. I dare you to foul this
tip.
