Is there anyone out there who would be in a postion to pull the cover
off of their bosch/other voltage regulator and let me know if they see
any sparking on the set of NO/NC contacts? My regulator is sparking as
this set of contacts opens and closes and I want to make sure this is
abnormal or normal before I do anything else. I know this set opens and
closes to regulate the voltage/current in the circuit at a fast rate,
but does a good system produce the visual spark. I did this at night
with the lights off and reved the engine up and down to see the results.
Any feedback greatly appreciated.
