Karl > thanks for the heads up. Those tanks are not v7sport tanks but are Lemans 1 tanks. On a v7sport the hinge is at the front. On the repop tank the hinge is in the rear. Also the repop neck where the igmition lock sits are different in width than the original.Early v7sport tanks do not have the holes drilled for the tank badges because they used decals,Lemans 1 tanks do. Mark has been shipped the beat up tank and he will fix and paint in the original color dbu=42-40 blue red poly. A local named G is tackling the other tank and sidecovers in a 2004 Lamborghini color-Lashablu a blue metalic. Along with the frame and swingarm being chromed and the decals soon to arrive things are comming together..........KO

I believe they were repo's which I have found are better than originals since most of them have dried out with age.
