I've been using automotive micro-sized relays. They work great and are a lot smaller. I purchase mine from Dan Prunuske. http://www.dpguzzi.com/relay.htm
As for my projects, I'm still fiddling with my Ambassador: 1. Field/Nolan alternator conversion - just waiting 2. 850T cush drive rear wheel - needs polishing/clean up and bearings checked 3. Wirth fork springs - just need to install 4. Rear shocks - waiting on MG Cycle to get the 13.25" Ikons back in stock 5. 850T 5-speed transmission - nearly dissassembled; need to check bearings and shim. 6. I want to build an easy-on/easy-off saddlebag carrier/luggage rack system - need to design, purchase steel, bend, cut, and weld.
