Hey Noel,

Yeah it has been a while.hope all is well... 1st thing I'd check would
be the carbs, depending on how suddenly this started. Inspect the jets,
needle, settings, enrichener, sticking cables, air filterr ect.

Next I would go to the wires, swap wires, see if it changes cylinders?
coil..

Then if all else looks good, might be a valve guide:-(. Plugs smell like
gas? If a guide went, you will be burning oil w/the gas.

Good luck

Loopers,

I've been offline for some time. Hope you are all well and riding, or
working on those bikes...

The power of the list is awesome, so I ask the following question:

My 1975 850T keeps fouling a plug on one side. When replaced, it runs
well for a few miles then begins to miss on that cylinder until it will
barely run... It runs o.k if I am very gentle on the throttle, but I
drive normally, it fouls and misses...What's the check drill for solving
the problem? I believe I am using the correct plug type... any and all
advice is appreciated.

Hail Guzzisti,
