Neighbor, Jason's right. My other Eldo had this, and I posed the
question to this board. Loosen the two pinch bolts up front above the
forks. Clamp the front wheel between the legs, grab the bars and twist.
If too tough, put the front tire against the garage doorway and twist.
Tighten nuts (the ones on the bike).
