I would stay away from the soft racing brake shoes, They lock up the wheels with little effort. From what I have herd they were designed for braking at high speeds. I bought a old tonti racer a few years back for a cafe project and it had the 850T rear wheel unit with twin F09 calipers up front. It was way to much brake for the bike.

The green shoes I removed were the soft racing compound. Way to soft for street use. I ordered a new regular set from MG cycle and I can actually stop not with out locking the rear wheel.

Yea it is always a mad rush before bike week. Last weekend I took the green
death brake shoes off the 850T rear brake set up on my eldo and installed
some street shoes. Now I am rushing to get my Triumph ready. Every year I
am still working on my bike the night before I leave
