Hi Guys:

I've got several loopframe u joints for sale that I've rebuilt using new

crosses imported from Europe.

I spent roughtly an hour per joint, disassembling, degreasing, cleaning,

inspecting and reassembling. Being a bit anal I carefully inspected the
yokes and rejected any that were worn or had loose cup bores. These
joints have excellent splines, good carrier bearing dim's and are tight
and smooth. Before assembly I put synthetic greese in each bearing cup
to ensure maximum service life.

My asking price is $115 which includes shipping in the US. My goal is to

offer a component that will give the same service life of a new one for
half the price. Like death and taxes, if you ride your loop sooner or
later that expensive connection is going to need to be replaced, but it
shouldn't stop you from eating for a week!

A word on ebay crosses: I bought some of the new ones currently being
offered and they don't fit!! For whatever reason they're 1mm too wide
so you can't get the retainer clips in. This is a bad thing!! The
seller's been notified, but I see they're still being listed.

A word on used u joints: Having disassembled a number of joints I'm
convinced that buying and installing a used u joint is a bit of a crap
shoot. Seemingly tight joints showed advanced wear when I disassembled
them.

My goal is to help people who love these crazy Italian bikes like I do,
not rip them off, so this offer comes with a money back guarantee. If
you buy and aren't happy I'll refund your money.

Ride safe,

John
