Wheels/spokes/hubs are powdercoated. I heard powdercoating gives more
than paint as far as stretching/stress. I had the spare wheels and had
the cycle shop check for trueness. They were straight. So, I had a
friend of mine powdercoat them assembled. I'm expecting to get some
stress cracks here and there, but perhaps not? I'll keep some touch up
paint handy though.

Off to the garage this eve to see if I can lower the mufflers a bit.
Straightened out one of the tool boxes when I got home from work -
didn't like how it was sitting/touching the frame. Also got a goodie
box from Mark E just now, the re-chromed heel-toe-shifter has arrived as
well as the tool box bolts and brake cable hook for the front fender.
Love working on this Ambo............

Thanx for the compliments!

Keith,
are those rims/hubs/spokes painted or powdercoated? Did you
powdercoat/paint
after the rim was assembled?

They look great! Whole bike does.
